Whitley Bay Masonic Hall recently opened its doors to a group of local teenagers, undertaking charitable activity as part of their involvement with the National Citizenship Service, provided by Flying Futures.

Paul Bradbeer, of Whitley Bay Masonic Hall, explained “For myself the emphasis should be on Freemasonry helping charitable causes and also supporting young people develop valuable charitable oriented mind and skill sets. There are lots of synergies between the National Citizenship Scheme and Freemasonry”.

Congratulations to both the members of Whitley Bay Masonic Hall, for making this event happen, and the volunteers of the NCS for raising such a fantastic amount for charity.

Many thanks to W.Bros Paul Bradbeer and Graham Salmon for the submission of this article.
