Back in April, we reported on the charitable donation from The Richard Henry Holmes Benevolent Fund to the Northern Ice Wheelchair Curling Team, towards the purchase of new team clothing.
The team is hoping to resume training in 6 weeks time at Dumfries Ice Bowl, now fully kitted out in new curling jackets and hoodies provided by the funding.
Unfortunately a number of their membership could not meet up to receive their team kit, as they were at home self isolating. The members of Northern Ice Wheelchair Curling Team have promised that, once it’s safe to do so, they will visit the Provincial Office, meet everyone and thank them in person for the donation.
We love it; the guys say a huge thank you to the Freemasons of Northumberland
