£3,764 Donated to the MCF – Northern Counties Lodge No. 406 Delivers Where It Matters Most

Northern Counties Lodge No. 406 has demonstrated the very best of Freemasonry through a significant charitable contribution of £3,764 to the Masonic Charitable Foundation (MCF).
The donation was presented during a memorable evening that marked the installation of Adrian Hughes as Worshipful Master, as part of the Province’s ongoing Festival efforts.
Funds were raised through the Lodge’s continued hard work, including a highly successful golf day, and reflect the strength and renewed momentum within the Lodge.
Not long ago, Northern Counties Lodge faced the very real prospect of surrendering its warrant. Today, it stands in a completely different position — re-established as a thriving fine dining Lodge, with a growing membership and candidates waiting to join.
The installation ceremony itself was delivered to an exceptional standard by Gary Breach, setting the tone for an evening that balanced tradition, quality, and genuine enjoyment.
A return to the Northern Counties Club provided a fitting backdrop, with excellent dining and warm companionship rounding off the occasion.

In his address, the new Worshipful Master paid tribute to the many brethren who have shaped the Lodge over its nearly 200-year history – a legacy now being actively built upon for the future.
This donation is more than a number. It represents commitment, effort, and a Lodge moving forward with purpose.
