The recent suspension of Masonic activity hasn’t stopped the members of Risingham Lodge, which meets at Bellingham, from helping to enhance the lives of the local community through charitable donations.
Members of the lodge recently donated £500 to The Friends of Bellingham Playground Development. The Friends of Bellingham Playground Development was created to ensure the children of the area can have a play park that they can be proud of. The donation was put to good use and went towards the purchase of two new football goal posts, nets and corner flags.
We know the children of Bellingham and the surrounding areas will appreciate having a proper safe place in which to play football and you have helped us to achieve this project. Your valuable contribution is greatly appreciated. Thank you once again for all your support”.
Les Mole, the Chairman of The Friends of Bellingham Playground Development
