The Gold Award is reserved for employers who go beyond basic commitments under the Armed Forces Covenant. It reflects active advocacy for the Armed Forces community, policies that enable and support reservists and cadet instructors, and strong backing for veterans, including those who are wounded, injured or sick, as well as their families.
